Helene offers ongoing group classes on Fridays at 4:15pm. Her classes are vigorous and challenging, but she takes care to adapt them to every students capacities, always focusing on breath and alignment, and providing students with clear and sensitive guidance. Zenyasa is a mindfulness-based, slow-flow style of yoga that includes breathing practices, meditation, a joint-warming series, unique sun salutation sequences, and a carefully designed class theme that addresses specific muscle groups and meridian pathways. The class themes are organized within a 5-element model and are systematically alternated to ensure a well-balanced practice.
