The Zenyasa® Yoga & Wellness Studio is a new boutique yoga studio on the Upper West Side, owned and operated by husband and wife team Jason Brown and Frances Taylor-Brown.   Zenyasa® classes include meditation, mindfulness-based conditioning exercises and slow-flow yoga, with alternating class themes to ensure a well-balanced practice that systematically addresses every major muscle group and meridian pathway in the body.  For more information about Zenyasa®, please visit the About Zenyasa® pages.
